Career Day

Career day at school today.

Meet Detective Paul Gordon along with his flashy badge, magnifying glass and notepad.  Meet Miss Lindsay Gordon, teacher, who's all about the accessories--Tim's coffee, glasses, notepad and scarf.  Then there's Eric the accountant.  Plain, simple, yet sharp.

Not present is Seth the farmer.  He couldn't make it to the photo shoot since he was already busy in the barn.

Black Chicks

We got a few black chicks in our latest batch of chicks.  They are Cobbs--a different breed than we usually get.

Dan asked Seth if he wanted to jump in the loader with him (Seth often tags along with Dan in the loader).

He replied, "No, I think I am going to go to the other side of the barn and pick up a nice black chick."

Wow, it's almost been a month since I posted!  I intend to post again very soon.  Be patient.  All is well.  Much has been going on and I have realized afresh, in great humility, how incredibly blessed I am.
